The Hub
This Michaelmas term, we’re looking at what Romans teaches us about righteousness!
The Hub is our student-led gathering.
The Hub meets every Sunday evening during the university term time at 7pm at Elvet Methodist Church, Old Elvet, Durham. Just walk down the right side of the church to the side door as we meet in the back hall The format of The Hub varies from week to week but often includes fellowship, teaching from the Bible, prayer, and times of singing together.
Our core values are represented by the acronym H.U.B.:
Honest friendships – we seek to be devoted to one another in love (Romans 12:10)
Unction of the Spirit – we seek to pray for one another to be filled with and equipped by the Holy Spirit (Ephesians 5:18-20)
Biblical teaching – we seek to teach and instruct one another in the truths of God (Colossians 3:16)
