On Friday 19th August, six young people and three adults from Emmanuel are off to China to work in a welfare centre for disabled and abandoned children.

If U Care Share
On Sunday, Rosie Porter and some friends held a bake sale in aid of the If U Care Share charity.
It raised a total of £212.77.

Foodbank collections
A food collection drive across five Tesco stores held from 30th June to 2nd July generated 11.5 tonnes of food for the County Durham Foodbank.
