Youth trip to Bosnia

We're privileged to be part of God's worldwide family, and have wonderful connections with churches and friends across the globe.

One of those connections is with the Novi Most charity, a Christian charity pioneering youth work in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

This summer, a team of our young people and their youth leaders are heading out to Bosnia to support the charity's work and support local churches.

Here, two of the young people involved, Rosie and Molly, speak about the upcoming trip and a fundraising ceilidh, taking place at The Durham Centre on Saturday 16th June, from 6pm to 9:30pm. Tickets are £5 for adults, or £15 for a family. Children are welcome. You are welcome to bring food and drinks. Money raised will also help to send young people to the Newday event this summer. For ceilidh tickets, email naomi.ryan@emmanuel.org.uk

Marc Dupont visit

We were greatly blessed to have Marc Dupont with us last weekend.

Marc has been in international ministry for 37 years now, during which time he has been present for powerful and wonderful outpourings of the Holy Spirit, healings and miracles.

He has visited us each year for several years now, and this year he spoke at meetings on Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday morning and evening.

You can hear all these talks online here.

Fusion 2018 - enjoying God together

Around 150 people from Emmanuel Durham and Chester-le-Street were part of Fusion 2018, a weekend of camping, teaching, worship, prayer and enjoying God together organised by our Regions Beyond family of churches.

There was teaching from Trevor Payne, Marc Dupont, Steve Oliver, Daniel MacLeod, Franco Lannapan and Paul Simpson. You can now listen to the talks online, here

There was also worship, children's and youth activities and Fusion Street, a fantastic street party with loads of food and family fun.

Thanks to all those who worked to make it happen, including our own Keith and Sally Mallard and Pete and Ali Gray.
