Thanks so much to everyone who donated food to Durham Foodbank through our church during December.
The total donated reached 170kg! All the food will go to families and individuals in need in the county.

We're starting a new women's group called Be-loved.
It is an extended Faith Club, for women to explore and discover together subjects that effect Christian women and which perhaps wouldn't be discussed in a mixed setting.
There will be a time of sharing, a topic for discussion and time for prayer.
The group will monthly on Tuesday evenings, meeting at The Durham Centre at 7:15pm for a 7:30pm start. The first meeting will be on Tuesday 24th January. For more information, see Lynsey Holmes or Naomi Ryan. Email: lynsey3101@yahoo.co.uk
We recently held a Gift Day - an opportunity for us to give into the work of God's Kingdom, including educational work in South Africa and the ministry of our FP interns here at home.
We're delighted to announce the total raised was £14,700.
We also took up an offering at our Charity Brass Band Christmas Concert, to support work in the slums of Nasik, India. We were humbled to hear that Aycliffe and Brancepeth Brass Band, who played for us on the night, have decided to donate their fee to the cause. That takes the total raised to more than £1,000.
